Nader Abadi
​​Nader founded 313 Capital to blend innovative storytelling and unconventional thinking, with marketing, capital raising and M&A advisory, to empower lower middle market and middle market companies. Our platform deploys cutting edge digital tools and deep learning insights to tailor unique business development, marketing, and creative solutions. ​Nader's primary focus is offering M&A and capital raising services through The Peakstone Group, a leading lower middle market investment banking firm based in Chicago. Before founding 313 Capital, Nader was with Bank of Ann Arbor, where he sourced new lower middle market corporate relationships and originated growth and acquisition credit facilities, commercial real estate acquisition and development financing, asset-based lending facilities, and equipment financing. Prior to Bank of Ann Arbor, he sourced and structured sponsored and non-sponsored middle market senior/junior unitranche debt and co-equity transactions with Monroe Capital, a $20 billion Chicago-based private credit fund, and prior to Monroe, Nader served as a corporate ratings associate with S&P Global Ratings in New York, issuing corporate and debt credit ratings for large cap REITs and their M&A, debt and equity transactions. Nader is actively involved in the lower middle market/middle market finance community, serving as a member of the Detroit Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and has an MBA from Georgetown University, and a BA in Economics from University of Michigan-Dearborn.
